Refund and cancellation policy

Tashabok Pro subscription

• The subscription costs 7 Jordanian dinars a month and renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, including the remaining days of the month when you cancel.
• An amount is returned only if it was charged by mistake, for example if the subscription is charged twice in the same month.

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel the renewal at any time from the “My subscription” page in your account.
• After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid month, and nothing more is charged.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you notice a charge you didn't ask for, message us from the “Contact us” page within 14 days of the charge, with the email you paid with. We review the request, and if the mistake is confirmed the amount goes back to the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Parts orders and consultations

Parts orders and consultations are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment and delivery, and the terms agreed at confirmation apply. See the Terms and Conditions.
